Additionally, Julie has successfully managed branding, marketing and sales teams for both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies, giving her the ability to understand the challenges that teams face and is able to problem solve by creating strategic, one-of-a-kind solutions. She knows how to clearly communicate, lead and motivate diverse teams and is what makes her a strong trainer.
Prior to joining The Energy Catalyst Group, Julie was SVP of Marketing & Partnerships at CJ E&M USA, where she oversaw sales and marketing for Mnet America, tvN and K-Con USA. Before working at CJ E&M, she helped with the launch of TWC Sports, assisting to bring $20M for the first Laker’s season and meeting the budget of $200M/YTD ‘12 for Adlink (Los Angeles Interconnect), consistently beating the market every quarter.
