Through our consulting, we help your organization create pull-through processes to make changes “stick” and integrate into the daily workflow of employees. We also provide coaching packages to reinforce desired changes, a 21-day tech-driven “Energy Challenge” program to deliver the accountability necessary to change ingrained habits, and follow up “Energy Booster” and train-the-trainer programs for intact teams.
