The Energy Catalyst Group partners with leaders and employees to create vital and positive work environments.

In our work, we have personally experienced that boosting organizational energy levels will provide a dramatic and positive difference in:

  • Lowering stress
  • Greater work performance
  • Retention of best talent
  • Increasing innovation and creativity
  • Higher employee engagement and wellbeing

We help organizations through:

To start, we partner with your HR/Talent/Learning department to assess your current organizational energy and employee effectiveness using a variety of the latest behavioral science tools. Your team or organization will learn about current engagement levels, employees will learn what their energy levels are in three key areas (Mental, Physical, and Emotional), and each person will discover their unique strength profile with the Strengthscope™ assessment tool. By identifying energy levels across these areas, we can show you exactly which regions of the organization are depleted and provide a tangible and practical roadmap for change.

“People who have the opportunity to use their strengths are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life.”

Our strategic consulting practice focuses on helping individuals, managers, and teams utilize an integrated approach to career pathing by identifying and aligning the unique traits that make each role successful. We help develop an energized workforce through a competency and strengths-based approach that builds a culture of opportunity, optimism, and innovation. Our initiatives are proven to improve individual contribution, enhance overall performance, retention of your best talent, and boost employee engagement.

We also facilitate and deliver customized training modules that focus team priorities, leverage innovative ideas, and yield tangible results. Our training modules “connect the dots” by integrating the latest science from the fields of positive psychology, wellbeing, employee engagement, and physical wellness. Managers and employees are inspired to be accountable for their own energy levels, and learn how to manage their energy through our signature training programs.

Workplace stress costs U.S. employers an estimated $200 billion per year in absenteeism, lower productivity, staff turnover, workers’ compensation, medical insurance and other stress-related expenses.

Through our consulting, we help your organization create pull-through processes to make changes “stick” and integrate into the daily workflow of employees. Our approach engages stakeholders throughout your organization, empowering leaders and individual contributors to partner in building a road map for continuing success. Our engagement assessment provides quantitative data to describe exactly how to continue growing employee engagement on an ongoing basis and implement best practices for how to keep “moving the needle.”

In our training programs, each participant will create unique action plans that provide detailed follow-through to sustain their levels of engagement and motivation over the long term. We also provide coaching packages to reinforce desired changes, a 21-day tech-driven “Energy Challenge” program to deliver the accountability necessary to change ingrained habits, and follow up “Energy Booster” and train-the-trainer programs for intact teams. Everything is designed to sustain the learnings achieved during the training session in order to implement higher energy levels in each person’s daily life, at work and at home.

“I left the session with a renewed sense of purpose, energy and perspective. I learned to focus on strengths instead of areas for development. I also found it very helpful to have an accountability partner and a clear plan of action to follow through.”
