She was a senior consultant with Shell International based in The Hague; a founding member of Shell’s London-based Global Diversity Practice, and a member of BP’s Global Learning Faculty.
She is a transplant to Southern California, having done her MBA degree at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Chicago, IL where she also left her heart. She holds certifications in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching; the Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI); FIRO-B; Strengths Finder and MBTI.
