Lisa Stewart

Lisa Stewart is recognized for being a valued thinking partner to HR professionals and business leaders. She has 26 years of consulting and learning and development experience in a variety of industries.

Clients retain her for creating engaging learning sessions on topics such as inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, working across cultures and “Men & Women as Colleagues.” Her facilitation work is balanced with coaching, creating inclusion and diversity strategy; women’s career development and team working interventions. A sample of her clients includes: Avon, Bank of America, Corning, Kimberly-Clark, KPMG, The UN Foundation and The NBA.

Lisa has worked with 5 clients whose engagements were recognized by Catalyst for their contributions to women’s career development. She was a senior consultant with Shell International based in The Hague; a founding member of Shell’s London-based Global Diversity Practice, and a member of BP’s Global Learning Faculty.

 

She is a transplant to Southern California, having done her MBA degree at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Chicago, IL where she also left her heart. She holds certifications in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching; the Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI); FIRO-B; Strengths Finder and MBTI.
