Lisa Schenk, Ph.D. has over 20 year’s experience helping leaders, their teams, and their companies thrive. With a mission to make work work, Lisa helps teams build alignment, improve critical interpersonal dynamics, and create and sustain the behaviors that get results. With a Ph.D. in Communication and five years at McKinsey & Company, Lisa built her consulting business on the foundation of data-driven diagnoses paired with deep understanding of human dynamics and complex systems.

Lilamani de Silva
Lilamani de Silva has a Masters in Biochemistry and from the University of Otago in New Zealand. Her eclectic career has spanned across different industries from film production to media relations. She was a Clinical Audit Facilitator at Hammersmith Hospital for several years and later worked at the London Zoo. Her keen knowledge of the zoo world and background in analysis launching a new career as a Researcher then AP in the production of natural history documentaries.
